Anyone who ordered from DJI and has tracking, I know they do DHL, but DHL will hand off to USPS. Mine still doesn't show shipped though.. I recall having oddness when I ordered the Mini where it didn't show shipped until it was almost delivered. We shall see.

Im in the same boat as you. Ordered through DJI on 04/29 and today it still hasn't moved past "Paid". Any Canadian here who ordered through DJI seeing processed or better yet shipped?

no Mine shows the same paid and not to the next step of processing  also ordered April 28
CSR did say it will ship on or before the 15th so who really knows

Taking my 107 tomorrow.

How did the 107 exam go?  I thought that the testing centers were all closed.

Ordered mine from Best Buy on launch night, am expecting delivery by Monday.  UPS tracking information however says to expect delivery Tuesday, so we'll see.

I ordered from dronenerds.com on the 5th.  I received my tracking number from FedEx and it says delivery will be Sunday the 10th.  However, It still shows status to be "shipment information sent to FedEx".  I am doubting Sunday will hold true.

I want to let you guys know that not only does dronenerds not charge tax, you get 3.5% ($40) back from Rakuten when going through their page.

I just cancelled my DJI order 30 min. ago and ordered from Drone Nerds! Talked to Jeff and they have plenty of stock at there warehouse.

Ordered from the DJI Store 3 minutes 24 seconds after it was revealed on 4/27.  A hold hit my credit card, but is no longer showing on my card at all now.  In the order details of my order here, it shows 'Order placed' --> 'Paid' --> 'Processing' but not shipped.  Am I just screwed here?

Hoping I'll be able to find it on launch day in a brick and mortar close by and will go grab that then cancel this, but not sure I'll get that lucky.

I think the majority of US customers that bought direct from DJI are in the same boat.   It appears they prioritized retailers over direct sales, and European direct sales over US direct sales.  In all fairness, 7-10 business days from 4/27 isn't actually up until Monday, so we really can't complain too much (yet).

Passed with a 92%! There were several test centers open near me.

just checked, 60 for express shipping.. yikes

I just cancelled my order on DJI and placed an order on Drone nerds will use the tax savings to pay for Care refresh card through DJI when I register my product with them. PLus I used rakuten will get 3.5% back and if anyone wants to use my Rakuten referral link you will get the 3.5% ($30ish) by clicking to buy the DJI mavic air 2 through rakuten and get an extra $30 for signing up with the below link.  Or just order through drone nerds and save on the tax.  Use this link.

Ordered the Mavic Air 2 --been days and days and days on order processing.  Found a solution that saved me around $60 retail.  & no tax to California. Made a YouTube Video about it.

Hope it helps!  Like a kid before Christmas I'm anticipating the Mavic Air 2.  Couldn't be held up by "order processing"

Oh my...Best Buy order coming tomorrow!?  Have to wait until possibly 9pm, but I’ll be camped out!

I connected to their online quasi real person chat and they told me to login, go to my orders then "click the refund" button to initiate the refund. There was no such button anywhere though, so, the person said they could do it instead.

They took some of my info and said they did it and I'd receive confirmation shortly in my email.

I can't believe how bad the communication and execution of this whole thing is. Looking at past order, it took 6 days from "shipped". Cancelled, bought from bestbuy and will be here by tuesday. I would have done dronenerds, but they were closed and they don't have any actual delivery estimates on their site.

When you first purchased did you get delivery date and had it passed ?

DJI has some serious logistic issue if resellers deliver faster than them. They are loosing so much money need to learn from apple.

I just did it right from my DJI account at the top it said get refund. Clicked it and it said refunding, then I received an email confirmation saying they are refunding.

I ordered an extra battery with my fly more order - makes no sense to always have an empty bay on the charger when flying - I've never owned a drone but I see what's coming. The need for speed, I mean power.
