Best Buy order for MA2 combo shipped today with delivery date of Sunday 10 May.
Order was placed on 29 April.

Shipped FedEx.

I just checked tracking and FedEx says delivery by end of day Saturday 9 May.
When it rains it pours.

FedEx just updated for me too, delivery tmrw between 10-1. Starting tmrw they’ll have to rename this group to the “Showing off your MA2 while others patiently wait”

Ordered my combo from Best Buy on May 4th, shipped this morning (5/8), and getting delivered Sunday 5/11.  I’m pumped!

Has anybody got their Air 2 from B&H?  or even a delivery date?  ordered 4/27 -  shows as delivery estimate pending - in stock, order sent to warehouse.  status has not changed in almost a week.

I ordered an extra battery with my fly more order - makes no sense to always have an empty bay on the charger when flying - I've never owned a drone but I see what's coming. The need for speed, I mean power.

The battery charger only charges one battery at a time. It charges one to full then moves to the next one and charges it to full. So you'll probably drain the one you are currently using before that 3rd battery bay ever starts to charge what you put in it. But you will at least start with 4 full batteries.

I guess the BestBuy option has been used up because their site now says Mavic Air 2 expected to ship on May 22nd. On DroneNerds if you look it up it before you buy it simply says "Shipping Now" so doesn't give an actual date.
I ordered mine on DJI 3 minutes after the release so I'll just wait and see what happens with that one. It did go from "Order Placed" to "Paid" to "Processing" status in less than 2 hours from submitting the order but like most people in the US it has been left on Processing since then. On the DJI app it is labeled as "Awaiting Shipment" instead of Processing. Im patient so I can wait to see but it would be nice if they would at least give an actual date it will ship like everyone else does.

I purchased the fly more combo on the 30/04/2020 and had confirmation last night that it had departed China and is currently on its way to London Gatwick.

Hopefully it’s not in customs for too long!

Remember it's all bulk shipment, means there is no individual tracking till containers reaches presumably Midlands UK for customs clarification for EU (and UK ). From my experience, assuming having left China on last Friday or today, there will be no new status till around Monday evening. From then on it's individual tracking. Usually it took another 2 days for the "last mile" whether it's UK or EU. So in best case we "Europeans" can expect delivery on Wednesday. Probably in some cases DJI Select membership could cause some prioritized handling, that's at least what DJI promises.

What still puzzles me is how resellers in US can deliver earlier than DJI to their oh so valued customers ordering directly at DJI shop
Loosing money and upsetting loyal DJI customers. Any comments on that DJI???

Hoping Wednesday but resigned to Thursday dissapointed if it’s Friday and tearing the last of my hair out if it’s Saturday. But a lot of us have been through the same procedure now for sometime.

I ordered mine directly from DJI about 10 minutes after it launched. I just said awaiting shipment for the past week. So I contacted DJI customer service.  And at least for me it wasn’t expected to ship until May 19 at the earliest. I canceled it.

My Best Buy order arrived this morning!

I’m jealous. Mine shipped with Fedex and they’ve been so horrible. Says by the end of the day but it hasn’t moved from a few states away today. It doesn’t surprise me. I’ve had two packages from fedex in last year... both during this pandemic with one saying it was on truck for delivery for them to say they couldn’t attempt it for hazards. Yet my UPS guy comes all the time. He gets lunch money almost everyday if I’m here when he comes.

First., let me address the tracking, when I ordered my mini, tracking said it would be here on a specific day, but that it was also still in Hong Kong, it arrived that day, Fed Ex tracking isn't accurate...

I ordered and paid on the 28th of April, from DJI. it hasn't shipped yet,  I am anxiously waiting, but my other products took a long time as well.  I knew it might not be here until June.  I am ok with that. I don't love it, but I understand it. I am just glad to have been given the opportunity to get such an amazing product for so little money. Barely a dollar! ($1000 is what we call a dollar because all our toys are spendy...lol)

It is understandable that you guys are upset, but go play with your other drones... no way you ALL are first time buyers... lol.   My batteries are all charged, I think I'll go crash the ... out of my Mini again.   

Have patience, they are in stock, just getting shipped... they sold tons of them, I wanted four, so we could have some cool videos of video drones, but they would only let me order one... boo.

That being said, I cannot WAIT to check that bad boy out!!   

I am waiting..

I guess I'll go fly my M2 Pro while I wait....

I think the majority of US customers that bought direct from DJI are in the same boat.   It appears they prioritized retailers over direct sales, and European direct sales over US direct sales.  In all fairness, 7-10 business days from 4/27 isn't actually up until Monday, so we really can't complain too much (yet).

I chose to order from DJI, after seeing that I could get  50% off of the care refresh. I guess I have to pay with patience for that discount...

It all comes stuffed in the carrying bag. It even has a new car smell to it!

I order almost everything electronic online and generally everything I order is shipped within 48 hours of payment with at least half within 24 hours. After speaking with a local vendor of DJI locally and being told they already have them ready to ship on the 11th I attempted to cancel. I received 2 emails as to how to cancel, but there is NO OPTION under my orders to do so. This is at the very least upsetting.

7 to 19 business days after payment has been confirmed. Thats pretty straightforward.

I was told 5-10 business days after payment (which is what it states in my order) and twice now during a chat session that I've received dates of the 13th and 14th of May. This is my first drone and wouldn't consider any other manufacturers other than DJI, but I will always order from stores somewhat local to me to purchase my next DJI items.

This is why I like UPS. My fedex delivery has been changed multiple times. They’ve had nothing but problems in the only 3 deliveries I’ve had from them in year. I wouldn’t doubt if it came next Saturday though the delivery date says today.

Its kinda crap that they do not address the fact that you and many others have ordered on launch date yet others who ordered after have already received shipping confirmation.
Wish DJI could give us an educational answer why they do this with every new launch?

I ordered from Drone Nerds today, used the referral link posted here and it worked. Gave me around $64. Either way I paid for overnight shipping because my order got delayed and without tax, it was the same price anyway. Didn't seem to ship out today, so I guess it'll go out Monday. Better than the June date Amazon updated to.
