My I2 has this very weird issue of not being able to initialize the X5S camera.
I first suspected that it is a hardware issue and replaced the gimbal mounting plate with the wires. Didn't fix it. Then I thought it could be the SD card not being compatible as whenever the camera didn't show up the SD indicator didn't light up. Changed the SD card, formatted it a million times, didn't fix it. Now I don't know what to do.

The error message in the controller is Air Encoder Error, with codes 0x400000 0x000004 0x000008 at different times...

What is consistent is that the camera worked after every firmware update/refresh/downgrade and then would stop working after a few restarts.

The gimbal's motion controls work just fine.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble with the gimbal, it is recommended to clean the gimbal connector and the PIN contact with the 95% alcohol, let the alcohol air dry and then check whether it helps, If not, it is recommended to send in for a diagnosis. I just sent the drone to repair... The issue seems to be more complicated than I expected. How long does the process usually take?
