PGYTech seem heavy, I'd go for the other brand. Consider where you operate, the lighter the better. Windy conditions I am confident make matters worse and will likely cause gimbal shake.

I rarely use ND filters.
Make sure you really need them (and know why you need them) because they won't do that much for you unless you are very sure what you are doing.
