Hello,

I've a P4 and I've a strange issue - I've searched the forums but can't find anything.

Whenever I connect a tablet or phone to the controller, the controller turns off instantly - it's like it's shorting the electrics.

If I leave the charger connected, it'll stay on but I obviously can't fly like this.

I've tried multiple tablets, phones, different cables and it's the exact same experience.

Any thoughts?

Hi, for a start what platform of phantom is it?
Possibly battery not holding a charge anymore?
If you plug your device in then turn the controller on will it work?
Dose the controller show full charge lights, once charged?
