Is possible to program distance about for example 1 km or more? Do i need wifi connection  after progam let say : fly 500m and go back?

Dear, The maximum flight distance is 100m and the wifi connection is always needed during flight, no matter by which method you control drone.

Thank you. But is the scratch commandw goes into Tello memory or it read just from phone trough wifi? I am not an expert just interesting about thie technology if this is possible in theory

Tello doesn't have memory, cannot reserve commands, besides that, Scratch is installed on computer, here is the manual on official website, you can click the link below to have a reference.
