I understand that and my apologies, but the fact is I posted this thread yesterday morning, and it never appeared, so I asked dji Mindy was there a problem with the site, she said there was some glitch , so I left it and low and behold it just appeared, so if somebody wants to remove it that’s fine.

I know, I ordered an Xt4 back in February, just got notice this morning that I will be getting it on the 11th of May the notice was to tell me it was coming one day early, so funny .

Because of Covid19 the delivery companies don't have to get a signature.
So I just saw a notification I signed for a parcel (it was not me) and found it on our doorstep.

That would tally with what is advertised from dji . I'm afraid I live 5000 miles from nearest Best Buy so easier for me to get it from dji China . Lol

Can you purchase DJI refresh even if  purchased your drone with best buy ??

Yes you can, you need to do it within 48 hours of activation when you receive drone, it can be done on dji website.

I think you will see a refund button beside your order pressing this should start the process, but remember you may have to wait a while to get your money returned , it will happen but how long maybe Mindy can let you know.

If you look at screenshot in post 1 you will see refund top right.

Yes, you could cancel the order, please cancel it under My Orders. Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

No not yet

Once I realized that I really wanted the combo, I needed to cancel my order for the base unit before placing a new order for the combo. I used the online chat function to do that. Just explain what you want and they will take care of that. The purchase was reversed in an hour or less. I did not reorder until I saw the refund posted an hour later.

I ordered mine on July 3 which was a Friday and received it on July 10. Hope that helps...

Ordered mine on the 25 July, shipped(label was created) on the 28th, last check it had made it as far as Taiwan. Still a long to go.
