Hello
I have this strange darker outer circel on some of my photos.
Is it related to the EV settings?
These photos are taken on the same spot and almost same time.

Banding in the first photo. Was this manual or auto with EV?  Just using EV is still mostly auto.

It's not related to your camera settings at all.
Read this to find out what it is:

Which camera were you using?

It was on auto. #1 is -1.66 EV, #2 is -0.65

Mavic Pro with ND 16 filter

That filter is probably contributing to the vignetting.

There are a lot of things going on here between these two photos only partially related to EV settings.

The first is underexposed and is showing a circular light fall off pattern typical with sunsets, note the top right corner is darker than the top left because the sun is left of center. The darker corners are caused by lens vignetting and can be exaggerated by the use of a filter.

Shooting in to the sun is always tricky both photos are showing lens flare near the sun. You can tell from the cloud line at horizon and the edge of the mountain that the camera angle changed slightly between the two shots.

The brighter circle inside of the vignetting in the first photo is probably being caused by internal reflections in the lens itself or more likely between the lens and the filter. The slight change in camera angle would be more than enough to cause this difference and introduce the reflections.

Lens shades, a hat or your hand can fix this is normal ground based cameras – in this case taking multiple bracketed exposures and slightly changing the camera angle is your best bet…

This is probably just caused by the (cheap) glass.

You can't fix it.
When the light hits the glass, it is reflecting on your sensor.
They should have added some coating to prevent it, but that is expensive.

You might be right. These are taken without filter.
Looks like its better.Album Flickr.

Why are you using an ND16 filter anyway?
It stops 96% of the light from getting to the sensor so it's not going to help your photography.

As they say "... happens" .
Was set up to take pictures of a waterfall on this place but as the fog was up to 300 m
it was way higher than the waterfall, so I  took off to see how it looked up there and forgot the filter.

You can see my car up on the road .
