Hello,
I did a timelapse today with my osmo posket 3 and Pixel 3 phone. When i went back to check on it the osmo was disconnected from the phone and the phone was off. It was plugged into the osmo for external power but potentially it couldnt charge quick enough?
Either way there is an incomplete video file that i am not able to read on the phone or PC. It is >200mb so I am fairly sure it recorded a good portion of the video but I dont know how to read it. It is in mp4 but wont play. Any ideas on how to get it to work?
