After the 2nd to latest firmware update i get the gimbal stuck error. Occasionally the gimbal frees itself up, works normal for a bit but then the gimbal overload error shows.


This unique to me?


An hour on hold on the DJI service line, a facebook reply that made zero sense, not sure how to proceed with this. Anyone else have any issues? \

You may try to refresh the aircraft firmware.
When the aircraft is being placed on the ground, check if the ground is flat and smooth and if there is any debris stuck in the gimbal.
Check if the gimbal gets stuck by the rear arm propellers when the aircraft is not unfolded.
Check if third-party filters are attached on the gimbal. The Mavic Mini gimbal does not support mounting third-party filters.
If the above steps do not solve the issue, it is recommended to send back the device for diagnosis.
