You may try to refresh the aircraft firmware.
When the aircraft is being placed on the ground, check if the ground is flat and smooth and if there is any debris stuck in the gimbal.
Check if the gimbal gets stuck by the rear arm propellers when the aircraft is not unfolded.
Check if third-party filters are attached on the gimbal. The Mavic Mini gimbal does not support mounting third-party filters.
If the above steps do not solve the issue, it is recommended to send back the device for diagnosis.
