Is anyone else having and issue with the upper shell of their Mavic Mini cracking for no apparent reason?  I have not wrecked or dropped it.  I store it in the DJI Mini Runsack bag.

Might've taken a tumble while in the bag and you didn't realise, or the strap is tightened too tight and pressed into the shell too hard?

Could be a multitude of things if not a crash, sadly.

Strap isn't that tight.  Don't think it's that.  I'm pretty careful with it because i can tell it's a lot more fragile than my P4P.   Is there somewhere in the US to get a replacement shell?  It still flies fine.  The crack keeps spreading so I'm worried about moisture getting inside it now.

Mini is almost guaranteed toast if you expose it to water due to the very open shell design. A crack like that is not gonna make it any worse... You probably took a tumble or bumped it without realizing it. Or someone did it.

Inspected mine and no issues.

For my experience the body shell of the MM is soft and quite resilient. It's very weird the kind of breaking you're getting. Perhaps is a defective part, anyway I think you still better off DIY and keep your Mini in-house.

The top cover of the mini is not stress mounted..  Alas your mini HAS had a bash of some kind without you realising it..  There is NO other way it would have happened.
