   I have this problem as well, I did send email to dji and they just got back to me this morning, telling me that the firmware I have on me RC doesn't support Facebook live.

i wrote them a complaint email, because its been weeks they give me totally useless advices
and that is ridiculous what they wrote you

what version of Go 4 do you have.  I have Go 4 V4.3.14.  DJI have not been able to tell me if that is the latest one

  It looks like we have the same drone but when I look online I cant find what is the latest version of Go 4  for our drones,  what version are you using I have V4.3.14 ?

Try going outside,   put the bird up at around 30ft agl....hover..... then try setting the FB Live
OH and make sure you have Internet connection outside and that you logged into FB on the device you are using...AANNDD,  make sure you have authorization to fly in that location.

Just a thought.......

Apologies for the late reply. We have received feedback from our engineers. As per them, the firmware of your Remote Controller does not currently support the Facebook Live.

Hi Mr. Strat
  That is a question DJI has to answer

DJI is not going to answer it.  It has been going on over a year on all models and they even put out the newest models with the option that does not work.
