Hello,

I requested and received my geozone unlocking license (via email):  "Your Custom Unlocking application (Tracking Number: a7e2a7bb-3a45-4bd7-a0cd-582a3c020258) has been approved, kindly follow the instructions below to unlock the flight restricted area."

I performed every step of the instructions, FOUR TIMES, and used different mobile phones, different batteries, etc.  I updated all firmware, db, etc.

I continue to get in GeoZones->"->Unlock GeoZones->"No account licenses found", and ->"No aircraft licenses found".  I've logged out & in several times, refreshes, and nothing.


The list of data you want via the checklist is large, so it'll take some time...in the meantime I thought I'd see if there's anything else to try.

Hang on....getting some new information that the licenses might be expired....

Issue resolved....had the wrong expiration date in the license.  Thx.
