When I transfer videos from my Osmo Action to my computer, sometimes the files generate thumbnails, other times they don't.

  

Can someone explain me why?

Ok, I'm not sure if that is a windows thing because I believe the thumbnail is generated by the explorer.

Yes, it could be a Windows problem.
Sometimes it generates thumbnails, sometimes it doesn't. it's very annoying.

It is indeed annoying

Update:
It may sounds very weird but I found that it doesn't generate thumbnails when the video is 4K at 60fps.
