Hi everyone,

I am not able to see the battery cycles of my DJI Mavic Pro Intelligent Flight Batteries in the DJI Go 4 app, whilst I read that this is possible to some users. Is there anyone who can help me out? I have the app updated to the newest version. This is what I see:

I'd recommend opening a ticket then. I've heard of third party batteries with the problem you have.
