After trying to figure out the isssue with my air i was able to get it to take off with auto take off and control it. But i can not take off using my phone or controller. Anyone ever see this issue? While i wait to send in to support i thought i would ask.

Are you using the correct method of starting the motors? That is, bring both sticks down and towards the centre?
