Hello,
I bought a Phantom 4, 3 years ago, and I thought it was normal but I think I have a problem with the nacelle. When the drone is moving, it looks like the nacelle is coasting. And it is mainly visible when it stops after a move, even if the stop is not sudden.
and if I rotate it, it's worse. We see that the nacelle goes back and forth from right to left and finishes stabilizing over time ( Maybe  5 seconds).

Software, firmware is updated and "Gimbal" is calibrate => But no change.

thanks in adance,

Hello,

when I rotate it quickly :

The calibration of the nacelle was done horizontally and the same result.
However, I did the calibration vertically (see a YouTube video) and it worked, but temporarily. If we turn off the drone, the pod flickers again.

And here is another video after calibrating the nacelle vertically.
Clearly, it works but I don't know why the drone loses this calibration on restart

I set them in Public now.
I upgrade firmware today with DJI 2 Application, Calibration, and Gimble calibration.
it's the same....OK just after calibration and KO after restart.

OK, I can see it now, but it does not show anything wrong?

Did you see the first link?
When I turn the drone, the gimbal is not blocked.

On the second, the camera follows drone movements.

On the first, the gimbal has a big big jello effect.
I don't think it's normal... No?

No, it is not normal. It looks as if the gimbal flat ribbon cable is damaged.

Thanks a lot GeeBax !
Do you think I have to replace it myself ? Or I can alive with it, after calibrating gimbal at each time ?

You can try replacing the ribbon yourself, many have done so.
