Controller Problem following Firmware Update.

Hi there:

Phantom 4 Pro+

I just updated the RC with a memory card, using the standard process for the website and during the update the controller seem to go into a lockdown.

1. It has a light Green/blue light.
2. The android device is now stuck on 10%.
3. As it is stuck on 10% ir wont let me do another update from a local source.
4. When i try and do an update from WiFi, it fails.
5. It has disconnected from the drone and i have no control.
6. I cannot charge the RC nor the screen.

(I replaced the battery last night with a new battery but no difference).

Any ideas?

Apart from trying a reset:  

You can hold the three bars on the right side of DJI GO 4 for 10 seconds to refresh the firmware.

Alternatively, and more so for you can turn on the RC, hold C1, C2, and the record button, then turn off and turn on the RC again to check.

However, it might pay to hold fast until you get some more replies as I suspect we have more people at home that usual in the current climate.

Hello. I am having the same problem. But controller doesn't turn off. (picture) I tried all the techniques (c1+c2+shut) but didn't work. Not possible to downgrade or upgrade by phone. Is there anything else I can try?

I just need help to how to hard reset the controller and start over. My picture wasn't good. The first light is blue/green. The other 4 are white. Looks like my controller is having a bad time.  Is there any way to remove the battery and put back, and hopefully, reset? Thank you.
