Trying to understand a fly.DAT file from my P4A+

Hi guys,

my phantom 4 advanced + recently crashed after being about 150 up stationary... It literally just lost power and fell from the sky. Battery was charged and everything seemed to be working fine. for some reason there is no Info on the SD card so I downloaded the fly.Dat files from the drone itself. Also for some reason the DJI assistant wouldnt pull up the flight log info.

I have the .dat file and would love if someone could help me understand it. I downloaded the https://datfile.net/DatCon/DatCon3.html but just gives me a crazy exel spread sheet.

Thank you, that makes a bit more sense but still a bit overwhelmed.
