When I tried using Tracking feature the app says that cable is not connected to RSS port. Now when I connect the cable to camera using USB c to micro sb adapter which is supplied  app says shutter cable disconnected.After showing above errors the gimbal starts to turn in random directions! I have updated my camera(Canon EOS M50)  and gimbal firmware to latest. Could you please help me on this issue?

I have a Ronin SC 1.6.0 and a Canon M50 1.1.0 since the updates of the both of them the buttom "record" of the Ronin doesn't work anymore
and buttom of the app on my Iphone doesn't work at all
