Hello all, i've sold my Mavic Air (being posted this evening) to put towards the new Air 2
Please confirm i've done what i need to do to safely hand over the drone.


I've restored the drone to factory settings and updated the firmware. (using DJI Assistant2)
I've removed and synced the flight data from my iPhone.
I've done a quick test flight to make sure everything is as i think it should be. (and it is)

Is there anything else i need to do before handing it over as it still shows as one of my drones in the column under my avatar in this forum along with an Osmo (which i've not had for years)
Do I need to notify DJI that i no longer have it? if not, how come?

I'm just being cautious as I want the whole thing to be done correctly and safely.

Why should they?
What would they do anyway?

Very little of it matters.
It's not that important.

Because your the original owner, those products will continue to show.
I have to agree with Labroides that you have went above and beyond and being
overly cautious. It's safe to sale the drone.

lucky you I spent 500 during covid. to have a Mavic Air that does not work. tried everything I could think of. waste of Time and money trying to fix. and only open on weekdays. smh
