When you say "DJI Official Store", do you mean from the DJI website or from the DJI official store on Amazon? I believe I purchased it on the DJI Official Store on Amazon, the Amazon order number is indeed # 113-0443392-0044252 . Just received and update that my DJI MA2 is in transit. Ordered 4-28-20 from DJI, label produced 8:00 am 5-11, In transit 11:00 am 5/11/20. Expected delivery to me 5/13/20 4:40 pm.

I'm having the same issue.  Ordered weeks ago.  Amazon still hasn't shipped.  Saying arrives May 21st!  So frustrating.  I figured Amazon would be super reliable.  

How did you get Amazon to fix this?  Or did it just happen on its own?

Hi there! I have a similar issue with ordering from the DJI store on Amazon. I ordered mine on 5/2/2020.

Looks like the Mavic Air 2 fly more combo isn’t in stock anymore through the DJI Store (on Amazon). I ordered mine on 5/2/2020 - says it will be delivered 5/21. Way past the promised 5/13 delivery date.

Amazon hasn't updated me yet. If they don't change anything by tomorrow morning, I'm giving them a call.

Hi DJI Gamora, is this supposed to happen? Amazon is now saying the product is going to arrive from June 1 to June 2.  If this is true, it is extremely disappointing. After contacting Amazon support, they're telling me that they never received the product from DJI.

Ah, you'll enjoy it. Just remember the number 1 rule: if you're flustered, let off the sticks, the GPS will keep it steady. Not doing that cost me my first drone

Nah mate.  Mine says May 21.  If I can get it earlier, OK.  If I can't, not too big a deal.

There are other things going on in the world right now.

I just ditched Amazon altogether. I called them and they said that they never received the product. I ended up buying it at a local DJI store. Good luck!

It seems since Amazon was fingered for not having safe work place and over working some employees doing pandemic delays are pretty common. Myself being a Prime member I have noticed and tried to only order from Amazon sold and shipped items. This makes me reconsider having Prime service and step back to adjust to the changing times we're in.

Yeah that Prime 2-day shipping was reliable a few years back. Now it’s ‘if they feel like it’.
