The Analogue sticks in the remote are to different lengths. The right one with the protective cap is about 1 inch tall while the left stick with protective black cap on is 28 mm or .75 inches tall. The reason I’m asking for dimensions is the r get stick is not fitting snuggly into its compartment, it doesn’t seem to be tall enough. What are the dimensions  supposed to be. ? I was wondering if they are all like that or if mine my be defective?

Have you tried swapping positions ?

I have done some research and it sounds like these should be the same length. Would it be possible to put a thin piece of wood or plastic with some holes drilled for the screws between one of the sticks and where it is screwed on to make that stick higher? How much higher is one stick than the other? You may want to post more photos with the sticks on so we can see the hight difference. Your best option may be to send it of to dji if you can't get it fixed.
