Hello...I just received my dji osmo mobile 3. I have an Iphone SE in the gimble. It is really thin and had to use the supplied pads to keep it from falling out of the holder.  When I turn off the gimble there is an initial revolve and then when it gets to the final position, the motor shudders.

As as an update...I am getting an error msg that says "phone not mounted" is the phone too light? I added two quarters and get the same msg.
