I have a problem with 2 batteries. They have 10 cycles, around 1 year.

When I plug them into phantom 4 pro V2 I get the following message:

Cannot take off, Make sure the device battery is properly connected



So I tested them on a phantom 4 adv and the batteries work very well ... the flight is ok.


The batteries are up to date, Have you ever had this kind of problem?

Hi Valentin, if the batteries are working well, you may need to check Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 battery compartment and see if there is dirt in it, and make sure they have sit tightly into the aircraft. If you have another battery, please also try a different battery. If the error persists even after changing the battery, you may send in the drone for diagnosis.
