I guess this is fairly common, so now instead of shipping and receiving one unit I'm warrantying them in pairs. When I explained all of my troubleshooting steps they admitted it would also need to be returned. Pretty wild, but not complaining since it's covered, Hope the 3rd one isn't a dud.
