I was just wondering if the Mavic Mini will get the boomerang and asteroid quickshot. That would be great!

A hope so as well.

They are now available in the Fly app but not for the Mini, so probably not

Asteroid should have been cool on next FW-update.

...and of course Boomerang.

I just bought a Mini 2 and disappointed there is no Asteroid Quickshot... will it be available soon?

In my opinion, the Mini 1 & 2 are both capable of the Asteroid Quickshot, but DJI are keeping it as a premium feature to be used on more expensive drones.  Shame really.  I am ordering a MA2 on Black Friday, but would also like this on my original Mini.

No Asteroid for both, and no BOOMERANG for Mini 1 ,,, incredible

I didn't get the MA2 in the end, I since learnt about the new regs (and the Black Friday deal wasn't particularly great anyway), so I spent some money to take the A2 C of C instead. My MM1 and Litchi (app to replace DJI Fly) will do me until DJI start selling C2 drones, I don't particularly want a legacy drone.
