Hi I have an XT radiometric thermal camera, is there anyway when I tap on the screen to display temperature of an area to have that information saved along with the image on the memory card? At the moment I just take a screenshot but this isnt ideal.

All radiometric data is stored in the rjpg files on the SD card.
You need FLIR tools to display the temperature data in post processing your images. No need to take a screenshot.
