I have a problem with my mavic 2 pro, with active Track and tracking flights. recognition of the object to be tracked does not do this. After framing the target the box is red and remains red, never green. no tracking in all modes. Do you have any idea of ​​this problem.

Hi, may I know if you have enabled distance restriction? If so, how long did you set the distance? Please try to disable to distance limitation and try again.
If this is not the case, please try to refresh the latest firmware for the drone via DJI Assistant 2 and check if the app has been updated.
