I crashed my drone and decided to use my DJI Care Refresh. The drone arrived at Grapevine on May 7th, but it appears that it hasn’t been opened/looked at yet. I understand that Covid19 is complicating things and that this is probably the worst time to request repairs, but I need my drone for work.

Does anyone have an idea of how long it might take for me to get the drone back? I’m fearing the worst after reading some of the posts on here.
