I just bought a brand new Osmo Action but I cannot connect in any way to my spartphone (Samsung Galaxy S10, Android 10) I've tried the following things without finding any solution:
- Turned on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the smarphone
- Tried both 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi modes on Osmo
- Updated the Osmo firmware to the latest version
- Updated Mimo app to the latest version
- Resetted Wi-Fi settings (both on Osmo and smarphone)
- Turned on airplane mode and rebooted the smarphone
- Uninstalled the app and data, then reinstalled again
None of this worked for me, online there's threads from August 2019 talking about this issue, I can't believe DJI still didn't fix this.
EDIT: I found a solution by myself, just need to keep the camera's screen while connecting
