I crashed my Mavic Air drone and had a replacement mailed to me. Now the new drone won't connect to DJI Assistant 2. Is this because the new drone has a different serial number ?
Could there be some other reason? Maybe the new drone is deffective and I have to send it back? Should Assistant 2 connect to any mavic air regardless of serial number?
