Can a mavic 2 transmitter be used for a phantom 4 pro? I have a phantom 4 pro that the transmitter suddenly won't hold more than 1 dot of charge. If I can't use the Mavic transmitter someone gave me, where should I buy a new battery for the Phantom 4 pro transmitter? I saw a utube video once about how to replace it.
2 of my 3 phantom 4 pro drone batteries are dead, one won't hold more than one dot of charge and the other is completely dead, no lights, won't charge. Can these be fixed or are they ready for the garbage?
Hi Sloane, may I confirm the " transmitter" that you referred is the remote controller, right? The Mavic 2 controller is not compatible with the Phantom 4 Pro, you are recommended to start an online repair request on our official web and then send the remote controller back for a diagnosis. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav. We will do our best to help this out.
We provide 6 months warranty period for batteries, if your batteries have been out of the warranty period, then you are unable to enjoy the warranty service, you are recommended to handle the batteries properly.
For the differences between the Mavic 2 and Phantom 4 Pro, this link: https://www.dji.com/products/comparison-consumer-drones?site=brandsite&from=nav may help you. If there is anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to let me know. |
