I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but many times the 'submit' and 'save draft' buttons seem to be missing in the bottom of the 'post new thread' page.
Refreshing the page works, but that should not be needed right?

Right now

The button is there (and works), but you don't see it

Not sure if the 'guys' can see what is wrong, but this is the developer tools view.
