In the section where you make the video public is where
I copy the link from myself. For your video I clicked the share
button and copied the link from there and pasted the link here.
Also when responding to a comment click the reply button on
that comment and that person will receive a notification.

You posted the shortlink (youtu.be...) instead of youtube.com.....
The shortlink won't get preview on the forum.

I have posted a question about it in the service forum, but the strange thing is that it did work there.
What platform (browser) were you using?
