So I was using my Osmo+ today and got an error message saying I needed to turn it off and restart it, when I did it made a horrible grinding noise then just stopped.  When I turned it back on it seemed to work normally for a few seconds then I got a blinking red status light and it shut down.  When I switch to a different battery it does not get the blinking red light and the controls seem to respond normally, however the bluetooth no longer connects.  I have tried with both the Osmo+ head, and the Osmo Mobile head.  If I go back to the first batterytheblinking red light returns, switching back gets rid of that again but it still does not connect to bluetooth.  The first battery was still more than 2/3 charged, and the second was fully charged.  I also cycled bluetooth on and off on my device and did a forced restart on it but it was the same thing.  To make it worse it only recorded a couple of random 20 some second clips the entire time.

What do I do?
