I'm developing an Android app to autopilot the Mavic2Pro. And, I used the ready-made DJI Go 4 app to check the behavior of the Mavic2Pro.

After connecting the Mavic2Pro to my Android device, I wanted to use the DJI Assistant to simulate flight, so I connected the aircraft to my Mac.

The SD card will then be recognized as "Not Inserted" in the DJI Go 4 app. When I press the photo button on the controller, a "Cache mode" dialog will appear on the app, and the image will be saved to the Android device instead of the SD card of Mavic2Pro.

I have tried several solutions at the following links, none of which are effective.

But when I turned off the drone and tried again a few hours later, this time without a "Cache mode" dialog, the images were saved to the SD card.

Is there a clear way to disable the "Cache mode" and allow the captured images to be saved to the SD card?

The cache mode seems work if the SD card hasn't been recognised. Then it will help you store the image to the android device. Next time your drone recognises the SD card so the cache mode is not jumping out. You need to figure out why the SD card hasn't been recognised.
