Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

I just got my Air 2 today and have a major issue getting the controller to connect, the times I did manage to and got to take off didn't last more than 30 seconds before the controller disconnected and the drone returned home.

It did a firmware update about 177MB I seem to remember, so I believe it should be up to date.

The phone I am using is a Note 10+ and shows as connected to the controller as soon as I plug the cable in.

Anyone else experienced this or can suggest something to try?

DJI online support now offline after I waited 35 minutes in the que.

You were having the exact same problem same phone and everything I am. Have you figured anything out yet

No man, however i have an older android phone that I can test out tomorrow instead of the Note...

I will let you know how I get on.

Come to find out the only problem was I wasn't using the correct app I didn't realize they had a total new one.
