I tried on an Android device and I been able to do it activated the Drone and everything works fine

Hi there I’m having a similar issue. I unfortunately crashed my drone and had to replace the camera and one arm. I replaced it at a store in Tbilisi and they have only original products they use for replacement. Their name is copter tech and only sell DJI products. My drone is not allowing me to bind my account with it. The error code is 0xffd I believe. Serial number in the picture below

Did you ever get to solve this? I’m experiencing the same issue. And I need to fly my drone for work soon...

Hi dji from  Iraq need help I have 2 mavic air2  one of them crashed completely only gimbal and camera is good and anther complete one have bad gambal so I replaced the camera and and bo to a good one naw I see thes (error code: Oxffd) you guys know we don’t have in Iraq DJI service what ?!

bought and can not register I need it for work. I have a lot of dji drones and never had this problem.

Same problem. Bought this the other day on vacation hoping I could get some amazing shots of the rainforest. Now I’m not sure what to do as I won’t be returning to where I bought it.
First and last time I ever do business with DJI.

I am having trouble connecting iPhone with mavic Air 2 as I receive error code 0xffd for mavic air 2   3N3BJ5V 01200LK
Can you please fix it for me.

Hi there, may I confirm if you encounter the same error code(0xffe)? The serial number you provided seems incorrect, could you please check it again?

I have the same problem with my mavic air 2 when i try to activate with iphone...

Hello there. Sorry about the trouble. Just to confirm, are you getting an 1112 error but able to fly the drone using the DJI Fly app? Have a nice day.
