Went for a little MTB ride last weekend and decided to try the OA at the same time. Had it mounted on the handlebars, not the most exciting camera angle, I know. But it's currently the only mount I have for now (ordered a couple of other mounts yesterday). Instead of shooting ordinary video footage, I wanted to shoot a hyperlapse, just out of curiosity.

It's a pity that x10 is the minimum hype lapse speed with Osmo Action. It's way too fast for me. I would like to do hyper lapse with x5 or even x2 or x3 speeds.

I used x15 when I shot this, but it is a bit too fast I think. Going to try x10 another time. But I agree, more options for slower speed would be nice.

Thanks. The OA is fun to use. Looking forward to my next MTB ride (hopefully I'll have more mounting options then as well).

Could be on for 5x, for lower you can post-edit in premiere pro, Blackmagic.

Nice video.
I often use Hyperlapse while driving my atv. It's easier than using timelapse for post processing.
10x is good if you go slow, but too fast if you drive/ride to fast.

Still havn't tried x10 while mountain biking. Have been shooting normal video instead, but I'll give it a try.

Thanks! No, I was going past them pretty slowly and just turned away from them a bit. Don't want to scare people by going past them like crazy. Don't want to give mountain biking a bad rep.

Hi, I am the proud owner of a few DJI products, among them an OSMO ACTION, which I have been using to record my cycling videos in Hyperlapse mode 15x. I had an accident cycling on a dirt track and have apparently hit the ground so hard that I lost the memory of the event. Everything was captured by the Osmo Action. I am fine, but I am trying to ascertain exactly how long I've been on the ground after falling. I don't know how many frames per second are captured at 15x speed in hyperlapse mode, but I counted about 150 frames from the 1st frame the footage shows me on the ground to the moment I stud up. I can't quite translate that to time.
Can you help?
So I guess the easier questions is, how many frames per second are captured by the Osmo Action in Hyperlapse mode at 15x?
But if you can give me an idea of how much time would have been passed (in minutes / seconds) with 150 frames of footage at 15x on hyperlapse that would be helpful too.
Many thanks in advance!
Paulo.
