Hi guys
I have the pronblem of jerky video footage when watching on my PC. Got this SD Card which i was told was ok. Takes good photos and can watch the video on the phone ok just when checking it on PC not good at all...Very fustrating as i play with settings to get it right...Watch all the expert you tube as well...please help...Flying a Mavic Air

Try changing the video settings to 4K 30fps and H.264. If you use 4K 60fps it defaults to the H.265 codec and a lot of video players including Windows Media Player do not support H.265. Hope this helps.

You failed to mention if  you are reading from the card (through slot in PC or a USB reader) or from a copy on your hard drive. Try copying the file to the hard drive and read from the copy. Then we will know more about the possible problem area.

Sorry yes was reading from the card...have copied and it does improve and can change settings to make better...but still not smooth. thanks

Press Control+Alt+Delete keys simultaneously to get Task Manager. There you can see what is consuming processor resources. Then run the editor with the footage to see if you have any spare capacity. Runnings apps (not processes needed by system) can be stopped to gain capacity. Disk access is also a clue to unwanted activity (before running editor) . Internet activity will slow performance of system. A clean system will show a few % processor activity, no disk and no internet activity (there may be the odd blip but not continuous) when the computer is idling. Check this next.

By smooth, if you mean jittery then it could be your framerate vs. shutter speed.  What are your settings when you are filming?
