I have a brand new Mavic Air 2 I got from B&H Photo (an authorized dealer). Serial Number: 3N3BH4A00201KW. The drone won't activate; I get an activation failed error. Many other people have reported this issue on DJI forums today. I want to fly my drone. Can you manually activate it from your end?

So this has nothing to do with not having the serial numbers in your system? There is no way to add this serial number? I've seen you reply in other threads after contacting the engineers and having them solve activation issues for individual people.

Could you go more in depth with what the error is and why it exists?

They are going to keep giving you the run around, there are dozens of reports (including myself) of people who got theirs today and can’t activate with the same issue. Their solution for everyone is to send it in for a replacement.

You're probably right. Hopefully they get it fixed soon... We have $1000 bricks right now.

I'd suggest you contact news reporters and explain that DJI has server issues and won't admit it, causing unusable products. I already have.

We have yet to determine the root cause. Your drone needs to be replaced, please contact your reseller or DJI support team in working hours to apply the replacement service.
