I have a Mavic2 Pro, all was well, until just after take-off, I lost the video on my phone. I turned, video came back then dissapeared. "No Image Transmission Signal" was the message at the Time Bar on the top of the phone screen while in DJiGo4 App.
I've installed Assistant 2 for Mavic and login fine, then screen tells me to plug drone in with USB, when I do this, its as if nothing happedned, for you see, nothing happens.
Just to clarify, the SD Card is in the drone, USB connects to laptop with "Assistant 2 for Mavic" installed, Security & Privacy settings in System Preferences approved and bypassed. Nothing happens passed the Assistant 2 for Mavic screen telling me to plug in.
I try alternative, by putting micro SSD card into adapter supplied, directly into laptop and again nothing happens. Open Finder, no removable drive detected. I cannot take off, I cannot update firmware, I cannot connect in any way posible to what is now a doorstop.
Any advice, greatly apprecited as I have been at this now for over 12 hours. I cant even contact Dji support. Call centres are closed Saturdays so have a great weekend y'all, I'll try to figure something out before I have to go back to work tonight.
