I would love if DJI would post a video of how the vision system is calculating everything for Active Track. I know skydio did a clip where it shows how the computer vision is constantly creating a virtual environment it can navigate around to prevent crashes. I would love to see how the Mavic Air 2 does this.

it would be nothing like skydio. It's just ir sensor and a front camera which should be pretty basic.

Not on the air 2, it has front and rear stereo cameras, I want to see what APAS is doing under the hood. Is it creating a 3d model of its surrounding area while its flying? Ive seen mine fly under trees and rising to fly through a gap while active tracking. No upward sensors on the aircraft mean it must have some idea that there is nothing above it to risk gaining elevation.
