I watched a Youtube video where a guy with the Mavic Air 2 was showing the DJI Fly App options and on the settings for FN Button options he showed he had 3 options for Recenter Gimbal, Auxiliry LED and Toggle Map / Live view. Mine shows just the first 2... Recenter Gimbal & Auxiliry LED. I like the option for the map/live view, how do I get it? All my firmware is up to date as is my DJI Fly App.

I can't check at the moment if I have two or three options, but toggling between the live map and camera view was one of them, and is how I have the app on my iPhone 8 Plus configured. Are you on iOS or Android, and what is the version of the app you have installed?

I'm using iPhone 7+ and today was my first flight with Mavic Air 2.
I checked the options of Fn button are 3 as you said at first.
DJI FLY app Ver 1.1.0

I have no toggle map either.

I have the toggle map on iOS.

But clicking the function button doesn't toggle the map. So I just set it to the auxiliary light.

I can recentre drop gimbal down 90 degrees and led .

I'm on iOS and have the three options mentioned available.
The map/live view toggle works if the map is not minimized.

iOS has 3 options, Android has 2 for some reason

You have to tap on the map once to activate it, after that the button will work to toggle.

Yeah, now I see it appears to be an Android vs IOS issue. Androids phones seem not to have this option.

The "aircraft" selection under the "albums" menu is also missing in the Android version.  

Moto z4 phone is not on dji's list but works btw

And of course, You can add and a third command for the fn button like update RC for home point just pressing the fn button for two or three seconds

WTF!? LOL!..

I want back the option to switch from Follow mode to FPV mode.
This feature is in the Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom but not in the Mavic Air 2.

I had the 3 options you describe a week ago.  Then I lost the Toggle Map option.  Later I lost the Recenter Gimbal option.  They seem to come and go from day to day.  Yesterday the Fn button stopped working for about 15 minutes.  I'm using a Galaxy S9 and an Apple iPad Mini4 and the latest version of DFI Fly app.  A week ago I test all three options and they all worked.  Today I sometimes have two options and sometimes one option.  The option that most frequently disappears is "Toggle Map / Live view".  This looks a software problem in the App or the Drone.  Let me know if you find a fix.

Also I cannot assign the option Toggle Map/Live View to the special button :-(.  using MA2 and Samsung Note9

DJI Fly App v. 1.2.4???

I recently purchased a new Mavic Air 2 from Amazon and it came used. While using the aircraft temporarily I noticed the function button had 9 or 10 different options I could choose from. That was with an iPad mini. Now I got my new one and I'm using my Samsung S10e but there's only 2 options?
