Excited to receive my MA2 today, unboxed everything, charged the batteries and got as far as the Confirm Binding Account only to get the message "Server error. Activation failed.Check network or contact DJI support for assistance (error code: 0xffe).

Great, guess what it's 6pm and it appears DJI are not available.

I'm hoping that when I can speak to Apple tomorrow I can get it replaced, pretty disappointing start and having spend the best part of £1000 on this I'm wondering if I've made a huge mistake.

Nothing from anyone?

A lot of us are in the same boat as you. Dji will tell you to send it back for a new unit

Keep trying, often the DJI servers go down for no known reason. Remember those servers are in China.

Same here folks =( Tried on Android first, and then iPhone. Tried 2 different emails, including the one linked to the order via DJI.com. I just sent an email in...

No, it has been happening for years, so I am well aware of it.
