I'm new to the DJI OSMO 3, I just got mine last week, after balancing the phone (XS MAX), activate the gimbel, also calibration its ready to use, my problem is
why my phone on the gimbel, keep moving up and down, left and right, it's difficult for me to take any pictures or video, any body having problem like this or only me,
or maybe I did something wrong, can any body explane why?

Ho un problema simile: ho acquistato osmo mobile 3 combo ed evidentemente ho problemi nel bilanciare il telefono.
Seguendo le istruzioni, posiziono il telefono nel modo corretto, lo bilancio (o così credo) fino a che non è in equilibrio in orizzontale e in verticale. Poi accendo il gimbal e lo connetto all'app DJi Mimo e mi esce scritto "Errore stabilizzatore. Motore protetto. Continua" clicco su ripristina (unica opzione possibile) ma non cambia molto, il telefono va su e giù, destra e sinistra, insomma non è per niente fisso o stabilizzato.
Non so dove sbaglio nel bilanciare il telefono.
