When flying full throttle and shooting 4K the footage it comes out a little jittery. I’ve been able to smooth in post however I’d like to avoid it completely.

Any suggestions on settings to help rectify the jitters?

It might be about the wind. Have you seen that while flying low speed ?

Also I forgot to mention that I'm having the same issue when there is strong wind or while flying to the wind

The video I noticed it on was over a river so there was some wind.

Yeah as I'v said if you are heading to wind or if there were strong wind over the river it can cause it

and you know gimbal isn't very strong
