hey, iam trying to recover my phantom 3 advanced after the last flight like 3 years ago, i didnt crash the drone or anything i just didnt touch it since then , but now iam trying to fly it back , i downloaded the last firmware 1.11.20 and the dji go app , every thing works fine the controller,the drone,camera , but when i try to turn on the motors. it says ESC status error, how to fix that?

did you tried a calibtation ?

ill try that, but i also saw the some administrators sending  a firmware to users who appears to have the same issue, do you know any idea how to get /to contact them?

actually i bought 3 days ago a mavic mini, the camera of the mini is better  , but i think the phantom is more stable than the mini

It’s a Phantom 3 advanced. It sat for a while. Powered it up, updated to the latest firmware. When it was finished, I rebooted and when I try to arm the motors I get an esc error that says to restart the drone. If the error is still there contact DJI. I tried an IMU calibration. It did fly fine a year or so ago.

Does anyone else know how to get ahold of the firmware update to fix the esc error issue?

I have the same problem with my dji Phantom 3 pro could someone maybe send the firmware? It has the ESC message.

Could I get this firmware, too?  Also, is the latest firmware update required?  I purchased this Phantom 3 Advanced about 3 years ago and have never updated the firmware because the drone has worked well without update.

The name of the firmware file begins with P3S.  The prior firmware started with P3A, and my drone is a Phantom 3 Advanced.  Should I try this firmware with a P3A?
