I recently received my Mavic Air 2 and decided to test the footage in my house. I recorded video in 4k 60fps, 2.7k, 60fps, and 1080p 60fps and all the footage was choppy and slow. I owned the MA1 and never expereinced this problem. I purchased a new SD card for the MA2 so I thought that this was the problem. BUT, I immediately grabbed my Osmo pocket and I used the same SD card and recorded in 4k 60fps, 2.7k 60fps, and 1080p 60fps and the footage playback was perfecctly fine. I also made sure to check the specs on my computer- MacBook Air 2017 and it is fully capable of playing back the footage. Anyone else expereincing choppy playback? Help!!!!! and thank you in advance.

post the raw videos without any processing and also what sd card are you using?

are you recording in H.265 by any chance?

Hi there, sorry to read the video choppy issue, does it only happen in 60fps? How about other frame rates? Any chance to upload a short clip to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here for further analysis?

Could be the playback of the video on your computer rather then how its recorded
4k H265 can be processor intensive for some computers

Hi, Im having the same problem. Only recording at 60fps. My sd card is Sandisk extreme pro 64gb. It just happens recording at 60fps in any resolution

Hi I am having similar problems while recording and or panning where do I start troubleshooting I think it's got something to do with phone but I am new to this any help would be appreciated thank you

Check if you are using H256, also you can try convert your video and check if it still choppy, there is nice free software to do that, but its not for production rather to shrink file size for preview  h264encoder {} com
